food Burgers? Hell Yeah!!

Those are not sport peppers those are yellow fresnos or chile guero (caribe). My opinion, but definitely not sport.
 
They look like good little peppers. They look thick-walled, no wrinkles. Wonder what they are!

Yeah, I used the term "sport pepper" because that's the closest description I could come up with.
 
I can't find any info on what actual pickled chile they are.
 
Medium walled I'd say.
 
Oddly enough I can't find any info about what type of chile's are used for Chicago style sport peppers either.

I was only answering what you asked. I have eaten a ton of Italian beefs and far too many hot dogs in Chicago when I used to travel.

Interestingly, one joint charges 1.99 for 6 buns (the one that usually runs out) , while the other $5.40 or something for the exact same goddamn thing  like seriously who da fudge would pay over 5 bucks for 6 pieces of bread lol derp  :doh:

I've seen a lot recently about The Filling Station & Garage Bar. Haven't been there yet, but the Miami Critical Mass hits it up at the end of their rides, so it must be decent enough.
