Dammit!!!!! A dinner invite would be nice!! For real though those look delicious.

It is Sriracha. I ate that on one, one plain, and one with a friend's "Sweet Hot Citrus" sauce. One more for breakfast. You are right THP the buns are too big. Shoulda got the slider rolls instead.
Oh I almost forgot, local restaurant put out an update on their fb page. Lunch special for yesterday: Ghost Pepper Burger. Were they talking directly to me? Maybe. I was there in less than a half hour! Turns out it is a double cheeseburger with LTO. I said well where is the ghost pepper? A sauce? In the meat? Nope, it is Ghost Pepper Cheese. Not sure what brand or even what kind of cheese it was. I figured well, this isn't going to be hot so I went to the truck and brought in a bottle of Puckerbutt's new Ginger Pineapple Reaper sauce which I doused the top of the patties with. Smashed it all together good and went to town. And by went to town I mean ate four bites before I could barely breath and had sweat dripping down my face and neck. Whew, I didn't need all that sauce. The bartender with a bit of a concerned look on his face asked if I could use some water. I waved him off and continued with another couple bites before having to stop and catch my breath again. Damn, I really did it to myself this time. Well, I survived, but the rest of the night belongs in Tales of the Loo. Here is a pretty good picture of the burger and fries.

Simple and classic... Loin, mozzarella chesse, black Krim tomato, gallega lettuce and onion, all of of my garden, spice powder and mayonnaise with olive oil. homemade bread
