Kings's Hawaiian, the only acceptable substitute for Martin's potato rolls.  Very nice thirdcoast.
For true mrs. blues is a whore for King's high why in but Pepperidge Farm Slider Buns in my opinion are even more kick ass.

Martin's on the other hand...

There is no dispute or argument.

Martin's are the sheeit!

Meh,i bought stuff for td thinking it was that week (i dind't care to check here, i wasn't able to surf the site, but to be honest that doesn't matter, i'd have bought stuff the same)
Keep my ace hidden? No, better share... So i suppose tonight i'll post here what i was going to do...

I spotted that, http://aht.seriouseats.com/archives/2013/07/ultimate-bacon-cheeseburger-food-lab-slideshow.html
I want to make something similar (no onions, no fat for cooking patties, peppers, more cheese, bread at my way)

if i have enough slices of bacon i want to try:

Ok, here my would be TD.

Panuozzo burger. Or better: Loads of cheese bacon textured panuozzo heavy pepper burger

Ingredients:

ibsWKZRPj0WjTQ.jpg

Yeah, i used all meat. 800g, a bit less than 2 lbs...
Cheese: buffalo mozz, gouda, provolone dolce, asiago.

Bun: pizza dough, see last great pizza thread for recipe, only that it had more or less 18 hrs of fridge instead 60...

Smoked bacon

Oven cooked at 200 °C.
It's a bit too thin and a little longer would have been better. But it was awesome.

Cut panuozzo, put a reasonable amount of cheese and oven again:

Then bacon, mayo, ketchup and burger.

The burger:

Lol i hand kneaded meat as it were pizza dough together 2 cut fresh pods. Formed patty (lol, i used a corner of my kitchen and 2 thick cutting board to give shape, and a third one to press). Then i salted and black peppered external. Cooked in a pan slowly with some oil, i flip sides every 5 minutes.
Really, picture doesn't show how it was massive.

Final beast:

I think that is one of the most extreme thing i cooked, we ate that in 3 and we were full (last time i made 2 panuozzo with more than twice the dough and in 3 we felt like we ate less than today).
