Similar, just sounds different

I'm heading to the states in a few weeks, New Orleans, Houston, Austin, then Kansas for the American Royal

Are you driving from NO to Houston? If so you need to stop in Scott and grab some Cajun specialties for the road trip. Let me know and I'll point you to the best places to stop, all are along the interstate and won't delay the trip.

Burger time, smashed style!!
Drop a 3 oz ball of 80/20 on a scorching hot flat griddle and smash, add onions and bells while it's burning

Flip when the crustiness shows up

Decorate it with bacon and pickled jalapenos

Add cheese, more decorations and toast those onions buns

Make a plate served with baby tators roasted in the cast iron with herbs and bacon

Made some cheeseburgers last night on my new cast iron hibachi. This thing is awesome. Hawaiian buns with some grilled shishito peppers.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I added duck fat to the meat. Everythings better with duck fat

Black Betty hibachi.

Ever body should have one.

Because fire.

I love to be loving my gas flat top but ya know...

The little lodge is just dang fun to cook on.

Wait a minute...

Y U no make one kine duck fat shishito cheeseburger for me too?

Had me a Five Guys cheeseburger the other day. Everything but tomato and mustard on it. Damn good burger but $8.65 for that sucker and fries were extra. Fries are cooked in peanut oil and they top off your bag with them. You get way more than that little cup full.

Fries were killer and burger was just fatty enough. Good but not over $10 good even with the free peanuts.

I was going to post pics fo the burgers I had a crusade burger but keep getting "You have entered a link to a website that the administrator does not allow links to"

I give up

Facebook uses a rolling CDN. Meaning, you link to the pic here and tomorrow it disappears. They have a very elaborate system to disallow using them as a free pic host. So simply put, it's best we block it in the first place since it will disappear anyway.
