I'm just dying ovah here! The burgers on this thread are over the top!!!! If y'all got together and opened a burger joint - you could RULE THE WORLD!!!!

But what is done to bacon in these forums is evil genius!!!! Pure inspiration. So wrong that it slapped right and took it's lunch money! :twisted:

I would say "WORD"..... but I think "SENTENCE" would be more applicable.!

SMOKED BURGERS WITH FRESH BAKED BUNS:
I used hickory wood chips, but so that it didn't over power the burger I did it hard and fast.
In the buger is whor-she-shire and a blend of jalapenos, habanero, and fresno. While on the grill, I sauted some camini mushrooms. I then sauted some seasoned onions and threw them in mayonaise. I also baked some fresh burger buns, the dough was given to me by my old job.
 
Did you just say......"sautéd some seasoned onions and threw them in mayo.."?????????? (sorry HB...but mayo ROCKS my world....)

i just drowned in my own swoon....

Damn, haven’t been on the site for a day, and all this activity; TB’s crab burgers with awesome crunchy sear with slaw, threats about making “soyrizo burgers” – (what about a portabella burger Jay? ;)), that shrimp burger idea sounds scrumptious, Johnny Cash made an appearance, WD’s colossal colon clogging monster burger – (where is the blinking red light on top so the air planes don’t crash into it? I see your table cloth is missing also, did you have to use it as a bib? lol), HH81/HH81BH the great grandiose couple with their fresh buns and smoked burger (you had me with the fresh buns and the money shot was awesome), H&B, I also got punked (WD your avatar’s messing with us).
Lots of good stuff, I don’t know how many times I had to pick my ass off the floor because I fell out of my chair laughing, you all rock!!!
 
It was all the hubby.... I just post pictures and take care of kids while he cooks....... I love love love it when he cooks...

He's been in the food biz since he was a teenager. (Did I ever tell anyone I don't really like cooking that much, so when I found a Guy that did I had to make sure he didn't go anywhere?)
 
lol, I think my girl has the same idea. She has trouble cooking instameals i.e. frozen dinners. :shh: she need not know I said that.
