greenhouse Cheap greenhouses

Well maybe for any Aussies anyway.

I picked up a couple of greenhouses from Aldi for $49 each, now my chilli plants can spend the cooler months in comfort.

The walk in one is 1.5 X 1.5 metres, it sure gets warm in there during the day. I've never had a greenhouse before and it seems to be a 'cheap' way to see how well they work.
 
I saw these hot houses a few months ago at Aldi but didn't get them, now I wish I had of, Have they got them on sale again?

The one I went to at North Lakes had them on the clearance table. I seen them a while ago as well, thought they looked a bit dodgy.

When I seen the clearance price I thought what the heck buy them and see what happens.
 
Damn that's cheap I might go check it out. Been offered a second hand glasshouse(haven't yet seen it) but if it's no good I think these ones will suffice.
 
I once had the greenhouse in the first pics, but I had to add a vent hole since it would get hot and humid very quickly

I don't have a design, but I was considering building one using pvc piping. It's flexible enough to bend you'd just need to be able to anchor it down.
 
Yep have the pipe already, a just would like the skeleton design ?
And I still need skin !

Also do you guys know how big you can go before you have to get council approval ? I know it will be different for each state but APPROX ?? Im in NSW

hahahahah got 1 ages ago when they came out, still in Box though and might set up in Office wth a 400W MH in, will get the 2 x 2 x 2 tent Going in Garage with a 1000W, so can start them off in this as got shitloads in rockwool cubes going already (100% germination in 25ml rockwool cubes) and they like them that much got heaps in 75mm's awaiting tent..

might see if they have any more at aldi as a few More be nice for Yard and Bunnings, thanks scorp, will have a sus
