ROFL!......Believe it or not here in Germany they have started selling Beer in plastic bottles.........whoever thought of that needs to be drug out in the street and shot.

When ya take the peel of a lemon and bend it back until it 'sprays;, check that..it's that stuff. It's usually pressed out though.

Thanks for the link, Quad. Ok, I just baught some Pure Lemon Extract. The ingredients read : Alcohol 90%, Natural Oil of Lemon, Water. Will this work? Should I use slightly more than 4 teaspoons for this because it's not 100% oil?
Just finished boiling the wine. Now I'm waiting for it to col slightly before I bottle it.

I did test it but came back inconclusive / false reading because it still has so much sugar in it.
Just reboiled the mash and then added the yest. I'm using a fruit wine strain....also did the ballon over bottle thing so they don't explode.
I"M SO EXCITED! This stuff is coming along nicely, the yeast is producing a ton of gas! Soon I will have alcoholic chili wine!imaguitargod said:
