i am glad all of them are very stocky/bushy little plants. glad i kept the light right on them!

Your plants are lookin awesome! Are you gonna need more light/grow area when you pot up to the 1 gallons? I may find myself in a similar situation in a few weeks.

actually, im going to use gro bags for my 1 gallon pot up. they measure 4.5 wide x 10 inches deep. so there about the same size as the dixie cups im already using. there tall and narrow. also there square so i shouldnt loose much space.

ok so after a month of growing i had to adjust my setup.(would have had to eventually anyway) but i made the mistake of planting my Annums way to early so i have some really tall plants and some not so tall. so i angled the lights to get the bulbs as close to all of the plants as possible. anyway here are some pics

i also added an extra sheet of mylar(two taped together) so when i need to increase the height i will still have plenty of reflection.

that was quick! i had one of my pequines sprout today! only been like 3 or 4 days. so how big do these get? the guy that gave me the seeds says his mom has a bush that probly about 4 foot tall down in texas. true or not?

ok so check this out!

i have these peruvian peppers(he arnacho) or something like that from BrianS.

well these things arent even 6 inches tall and trying to flower! what should i do? should i let them flower, or pluck all the buds?

yeah...never again will i plant my annums so early....

but then again, i am just glad my light stand design allows for so much flexibility. i will say, next year i wont be so gun ho, to plant though...these are kind of a pain to water. it being so close makes it take an hour to water all 90 some odd plants.
next year i will just rig up a system like a drip system with a pump...just fill a bucket of water turn a switch and water all the plants at one time, via hose's. i havent got it figured out quite yet, but shouldnt be to hard.

also next year i will add a 3rd shop light.

and P.S.- i tried plucking the flower buds...but there were just to many....we had a touch of nice weather last week witch made my Room heat up more than usual which trigger all of them to start buddng out. and the wife doesnt like me using her tweezers...lol

Cody, have you thought of taking the really tall ones and moving them to another area? Somewhere they will get natural sunlight so you can drop the light back down for the littler plants? If you have a cooler place in the house you can slow the plants down a little. I moved some of my taller plants to another area of the basement that stay about 65 degrees and I have gotten less growth out of them, which will help cause I am about 6 weeks from plant out.

I am not a fan of Miracle Grow, but it seems to be working good for you, your plants look great :D :D :D
