And if they are spider mites... don't use an insecticide, they're not insects and it won't affect them (except maybe piss them off). Try a nice strong blast of water or if that fails a miticide if they look like this:witghout a pic Im gonna have to go with red spider mites like DarkTrak mentioned if they are very tiny and crab like looking they are definatley spider mites
they are long instead of crab shaped but do have tiny fine legs!

I've been using that Garden Safe spray as well. I have yet to come across any bugs on my plants, other than flys, a ladybug, and a couple fireflies, so it seems to be working, unless I've just been lucky.
