I cooked a Popeye's menu with leftover veggies. I used a pressure cooker for the redbeans and it took 45 minutes=bonus!!

Looks great!  I made bacon-braised short ribs in the Instant Pot not too long ago myself.  Came out really nice.  Had cheese tortellini and steamed broccoli instead of potatoes, though.  I do a lot of Instant Pot cooking.
