So i checked my notes and it appears I made 14 batches of sauce this year @ 60-100 bottles per batch. Averaged out I'll go with a conservative 900 x 5oz bottles.

In my fridge I have 11 bottles for myself. I think i need to light a fire under my copacker before hot sauce bankrupts me. :rofl:
 
as long as you have a market you are good.

You made more then I did, but I like being small. Some growth is desired, but I am not in a big hurry.

oh it's all good - I just wish I were more selfish so I'd have more sauce for me. You know, the whole reason I started this hobby in the 1st place. heh

So the instructor gave us a list of 50 topics and told us to pick one to use for our research paper. What the heck - let's go with number 46....... Uh huh. Just picked up an email from her - "In addition to your own resources, you'll need to use a, b, q, r, s, x, w, y, and z resources which I have on reserve at the library for this topic..... good luck!" I know for a fact that most of the other topics don't have special resources on reserve......... WHAT did I just do to myself?????? :eek:

SOOOoooooo nice to go to an office today where I didn't have to wear my coat for the first half of it....... Amazing, how comfortable an office can be when they actually leave the furnace on overnight.

I just spent over an hour of my life trying to put together a STUPID F*&$!$^ CHANGING TABLE!!!!!! TRYING being the key word. I have never felt so defeated. DAMN YOU TAIWAN AND YOUR RIDICULOUS FURNITURE NUCLEAR PHYSICISTS!!!!
