Happy SB Sunday! Good luck to those competing in the February TD!

Since I'm cooking a huge dinner, I had to hit two huge beers. The first everyone knows, and this years batch is very good. I think it might be better than last years.

The second, the Tricerahops, is decent, but much more of a malty flavor vs. hoppy than I was expecting. Tasty, but not much hoppy aroma at all either. I wouldn't buy it again. At least I have another bomber to bottle beer in, lol!

I think CCB's experiencing some change ...

Reminiscing on the early days in the feeds of WW, their brewmaster ...
Helles -> Tampa Lager ...
Article about the rumors ...
And now Lorber's mentioning his last tour, after hinting at it last weekend ...

Looks a lot like CCB will be acquired ...

Yeah - Redner's courted but refused at least twice in the past, but I think it's going down now ...

And frankly, the beers haven't been all that great the past 18 months ... except Cow Boss and Zhukov.
