craft beer

Picking up a case this week myself
I have a huge haul of gulf swim critters coming in Thur.
Octopus,Shrimp,Oysters and who knows what else?
Every haul fills two 72qt coolers and it all arrives less then 8hrs dead(dies somewhere along the way LOL )
It all deserves respect, strictly wood fired and righteous IPA style (citra)beers

I'm always trying the ST beers ...

it's drinkable ...

it's not quaffable ...

i'll probably cook w/ the last third of the bottle, later ...

maybe i'll like their Mokah, or Warlock? ...

if i go out of my way to compliment this ... it's a really nice balance of coffee and chocolate.

and despite that ... still meh on beers that mask the yeast and/or hops character ...

it's me though ...

happened w/ loose leaf tea, and then with SO coffee ...

New one for me and I have to say, I really like it! There are a number of breweries around here doing wonderful Imperial Reds, some of which are almost double IPAs x Red Ales in the way they work. This one is grounded in single IPA x Red ale with tons of dry hopping. It really is well worth seeking out.

that looks lovely ... if i run across it, i'm grabbing it ...

i only have liked a few of the Stone beers, but I love Mitch S. and the one's that i like, i like a lot ...

I've never had their Imperial Stout, but I would definitely like to try it. Their double chocolate stout is great, and my favorite Guiness replacement for an Irish car bomb.

I will keep my eyes open for that one. It sounds great!
