From everything I have had and heard, CC makes some great beers.  That style sounds like one I would like.

They do ...

Most of the beers are Going For It ... some I like, some I hate ... very few are just so-so ...

Florida Cracker, and this one, I don't enjoy ... right now.

Knocking back some Aprihop and a 90 DFH
You should buy shares in DFH.  Whenever I read a beer post of yours there's a DFH  :P   Mind you, if we could get them at your prices I'd be right there with you.  The 90 is the bomb, love that beer.

Deep Ellum Brewery
Dream Crusher (double IPA) 8.5% ABV
Deep Ellum IPA (no clear ABV but clearly upwards of 6%
Anyone seen or tried these two offerings from the Lonestar State ?
Awesome is all I can say, even for a canned beer they are most worthy
Yes the cans are lined and there is no can funk what so ever

My thoughts werent even that high .... LOL!!
Left Hand isnt bringing competitive beers to market, they wont last at their current rate
Dragging a bunch of local ass kissers doesnt support solid brewing

This is right up my alley. Love a good IIPA.   They say you can't taste any IBU's over 100, but who cares, the more the merrier (unless you are GM of course)

They say you can't get more than fifty IBU into a brew that's still hot, no matter how much you add ... and that you have to hop-after flame-out to get increases beyond that ... and then it decreases over time too, in bottle, I guess ...

So ... I find it kind of humorous that people would list it ... because a) the measurement is not based on sound science to begin with, b) the amount they put in doesn't really mean it's there when you get it ...

This dude's studied the crap out of it, I guess: http://www.monmouthcollege.edu/academics/faculty.aspx?id=0405052
