craft beer

Thats good to know
Speaking of "sweet" but not literally
Im firmly attached to the Deschutes "Fresh Squeezed IPA"

The citra hops are well crafted on/into this IPA
Wicked good with most super spicy food fare,Mexican,Thia etc
Again "not sweet" but it almost make you think of such

Found a " Billys Chilies " beer while out foraging(contains 5 pepper strains)
Fresh Fresno/Serrano pepper'sh flavor in a Lager style beer, heat is very mild but slightly noticeable on the back of the tongue/throat.
Heat is more noticeable as the drink progress's(heat level doesnt increase)
Overall I do like this beer,it will be a good go with some awesome "real"tacos.

I'm guessing you are talking about Raison d'Extra from Dogfish Head. Nice beer.
