Hell of a horse race guys. D3monic and Smoken Fire had most of my attention. My two most favorite meats on this planet are "Skirt and Flank". While those fully loaded Skirt Steak Tacos with Chimi Sauce are to be reckoned with, I loved the simplicity of Smoken Fires Flank Steak Tacos with the verde sauce flowing beautifully across the meat.  
 
Going to be a tough decision either way.

For interpretation of the brief though Grant's non entry is on top.  I experienced a sequential reaction of - what the f….- thats ridiculous... - I um...how is that holding together? - but Oh Man it looks tasty…...
