Thanks, the fresh rosemary imparted a very subtle flavor that was just barely noticeable but very good. Steak marinaded overnight in a mix of mesquite, homemade worcestershire , kosher salt, black pepper and a little of that muradai soy sauce grant sent me. Turned out extremely flavorful.

Daughters graduation party is today. Had some food catered and made some the sides. 
 
Jalapeno poppers, some stuffed with cream cheese, bourisn garlic and herb cheese,  and firehouse  cheese blend. maple bacon wrapped little smokies and baked beans with bacon.

yea, kinda drummed it up on my own. 
 
I scoop the gills out, poke a few holes in the cap with a toothpic, bake for a few minutes then fill with the  meat and bake again until cheese melted
 
used up the rest the left over burnt ends.
