Way to go, killer! Weird question: how are the roots doing through all this? Any noticeable growth, or dieback, or just the same? I read that defoliation can cause root extension to cease, while the plant repurposes its carbs.

Well the Lemon Drops are toast, picked what peppers it produced.
Allot of heat with a touch of lemon, will start some seeds from these and hope to do better.

I was going over some buying and cost options and found people are gravitating to the AeroGarden baskets, I thought of maybe trying them, however the sponges that go in them are expensive I found, the cheaper and less then half the cost would be to use rockwool in their instead.
Would be nice to get the smaller baskets to use on a large tote box for salads etc..

Grodan 1.5 Inch Rockwool $20/96cubes.

I get the small net pots from amazon(made in china). The hydro shops only have 2 inch as smallest. The smaller China ones are just over 1 1/4 inch. In the picture from left to right: Standard 2 inch, China just over 1 3/4 inch shorter, China just over 1 1/4 inch short, and China just over 1 1/4 taller. The measurements are hole size. Here they are about $10 to $15 for 50 of them. I just bought a block of coir a week ago thinking the same thing as you.

I've been using the aerogarden baskets and sponges but I am by no means brand loyal. I'd be curious to know if one works better then the other or is it just a cost issue. I haven't tried rockwool yet so I can't make that claim.

%uckers are back

Dont know how, gave them another spray.

Should actually dip the whole thing into a Neem solution. I started spraying the soils too when I planted the other stuff.
