Monday is:
Grilled and then mildly smoked sirloin tip roast
Still undecided but probably some kinda taters and salad
The 4th is probably:
Turkey breast on the smoker
Not sure what else yet.

soy sauce marinade?

Soy sauce takes fast even brushed on you are good to go!
I'm smoking a 15 lb. brisket for the 4th. My neighbors and some friends are coming by to feast out. I'm going to start smoking it on the 3rd at like 8 PMish.
