I'm smoking a 15 lb. brisket for the 4th. My neighbors and some friends are coming by to feast out. I'm going to start smoking it on the 3rd at like 8 PMish.
I grilled corn on the cob,,baked potatoes, Defcon/Joyner powder wings, and a big Brazilian rubbed ribeye steak. No pics but it but it did happen 'cause its in mah belly.
