Well, I was hoping my first post would be in a more current thread, but I stumbled across this and I have something to add... even if it is 4 months old.
Indeed replacements gaskets are available. Although I must add that I use 1-liter swing-top bottles (same as Grolsch tops) for bottling homebrewed beer. I carbonate in bottles, so it is under pressure. I reuse gaskets 3 times, flip them over, and reuse 3 more times. 6 uses total, and never once have I had a seal problem. YMMV.
That said... when I do acquire actual Grolsch bottles to use for beer, the first thing I do is replace the gasket. Just cuz who knows how long they've been on there.
And just to anticipate the question... no, I never reuse canning lids.
Replacement gaskets for Grolsch bottles are available at any decent homebrew supply shop.
