BUFFALO / NASHVILLE (SPICED) FRIED CHICKEN BISCUIT SLIDERS 
Trimmed and pounded flat, deboned chicken thighs, seasoned with a Nashville Hot rub from “Spiceology”. Dredged in egg wash then into Meat Church’s “Chicken Fried Breading” (also kicked up a notch with more Nashville rub)
Dropped in the 325° oil for a few minutes, flipping halfway through
Drop ‘em on a biscuit and DROWN ‘em in Marie’s Blue Cheese dressing and Archie Moore’s Buffalo sauce
You know we’re going double decker over here!
