just curious TB, when was the last time you had your cholesterol checked?

I'm about due. It's been pretty good. The whole key is to balance the whole diet out with a goodly amount of veggies and natural carbs. I eat a lot of omega 3 fish and use good olive oil. I'm also very label conscious and don't eat junk food. Everything in moderation.

Cheers, TB.

So you only post the 6000 calorie cheezy goodness here then?

Should be balanced with posted pics of about five pounds of veggie goodness... ;)

Pics of veggies unless they are peppers are boring ya'll! And of course I only post the 6,000 calorie pics here. Why it wouldn't settle well with all of ya'll if I was pimping myself out to other forums. Okay maybe on one particular guitar forum but I never posted popper or other assorted food porn on those sites. I am your humble loyal servant!

Cheers, TB.

Hey ya'll. I was feeling up for a little soul out of the blues kitchen. Aaaahhh my old standby....Mac and Cheese. But wait...not just any Mac, but the Mac Daddy of all Macs!! This one is a Sharp Cheddar, Roasted Garlic and Sundried Tomato Mac. Here's the ingredient list...

Several roasted garlic cloves
1 Shallot
1/2 stick butter
3 tbs. flour
2/3 qt. heavy cream
Sundried toms to your liking
Mini Penne
Sriracha Rooster Sauce(optional)

Here's a few pics.
First the sauce shown while adding the roasted garlic and sundrieds.

Heres the final after adding the mini penne and tossing together.

I like a little shot of Sriracha Rooster on mine.

Not only am I a member of the Directionless Losers of America, but I'm also the President!

Hit it with sour cream.

As we hungarians do.

And some parm and mango hab hot sauce.

Best food.

Another 'thang.

Dear sweet ma gave me the cast iron she cooked it in.

Y'all see more pics of it later.

No name on it.

Don't know how old it is.

But its thick.

Like a pinto bean eatin hot blonde Texas gal.

Thats my size.

Leftover mac and cheese stir-fried with heinz ketchup and a few heavy shakes of Nature's Seasons.

Alternatively, two pieces of bread spread thick with peanut butter and then both of them completely covered with sugar. Put the sandwich together and get a big glass of milk.

Don't ask what I've been smoking.

If you were smoking  :high:  then I assume there wasn't much around for munchies. Otherwise your capsaicin addiction has burned out your palate.
