food-bev Finally, a Smoker I Can Call My Own

I just looked at mine and apparently you have to remove the back cap and drill a 2.5" hole then insert the front and screw the back on from inside. Does that make sense? Try to take the back off, unscrew it.

You gotta just trace those cutouts and cut them (slightly smaller so when closed, no leaks)... drill, attach.
 
If you don't want that stack sticking out of the side, have a friend cut it at the angle and weld it either back on the flange or weld it to the top of the smoker. Side or top will work fine, even Stumps smokers have side exhaust. It's only$5325.00

Both of my char-griller thermometers have water in them, you can still kinda read them, but its annoying. The one came on my grill, the other was a replacement because of water in the first one. I guess I should have kept getting replacements until they sent a good one.
