Yeh, I just made up a rockin' Mushroom-Hamburger Gravy w/ Beer that included a whole Jolokia...and other less painful chile powders for flavor.

I put it over toast with some grated Cotija and it's hot enough to make my ears sweat..lol!

I'll post it up later, watching shows now.
 
I have found that eating these super hots raw the most I can handle is a half at a time, but as a popper I will eat 3-4 before quitting. look out tomorrow though!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I personally love eatting raw peppers... I love the dorfin' that comes along with it (thanx again Quad) lol :mouthonfire: I do it for the dorfin' more than the flavor... if I'm lookin for flavor I just dip into a good sauce like THC's NagaSav or Scorpions Wrath of God... both amazing sauces!
