Great to be here. I am Mr. Chile and I just found this page while researching some information. I have found some very useful information on the forums and this site is perfect to use for reference. I am originally from Mexico and I currently reside in Oregon. I am a spicy guy, like my 4 year old daughter calls me, and I enjoy everything spicy; from fresh chiles, hot sauces, and salsas. Every night at our dinner table there is always at least one of either one of these: hot sauce, roasted peppers, or pickled jalapeños. Sometimes you can even find all three at the same time.
That covers most of it I guess. I will do my best to share my knowledge of all things spicy with everyone interested, as I am sure you'll do the same.
