A very odd looking Giant Jap (not sure if this is normal or not - and the others on the plant all look like they're supposed to):

Have you tried the Aji Lemon before Gas, it really has a nice citrusy flavour...goes well with seafood
I have not, JR, but I am especially looking forward to it! :D I've heard about it's unique citrus flavour.

Unfortunately it looks like I won't be getting too many of them though.... I have two plants but only two pods developing so far and the rest of the flowers have dropped. :(

After the past week of rain, most of my sun affected plants have started growing again! Yay!

The sun is back today but I will refrain from cursing due to the flood situation up north. They need the rain to stop far more than my plants need a break!

And some more pods!

First superhot for the season! A tiny little Bih:

The Bih plant is only small but I will let it produce it's one pod so as to hopefully get even one superhot this season!

Went to check my plants today and two nice surprises which seem to have happened overnight....

My Guajillo has started producing:

And one of my Aji Lemons which dropped most of it's flowers and was initially only producing two pods has re-flowered again and is producing another five or so pods while the original pods are still on there!

It seems it wasn't happy with it's efforts and felt the need to pump out some more.... what a legend!

Some more snaps....

Pimientos De Padron plants have started producing:

Starting to get some ripening action happening:

Thanks guys!

good to see your plants are doing well.
Yes, while most of my plants still look sun/heat damaged, it appears that recent rain has done them a world of good and they are starting to recover and sprout nice new green growth. Now that the sun is back, I have moved them all inside for the week until I get a chance to rig up some shade cloth and hopefully things should run a lot smoother. After being out in the sun while I was moving them, I got a good taste of what they were dealing with.... not only was the sun smashing me but I was burning my hands just touching the pots (think touching tar road or cement after the sun has been beating down on it)!! I actually think they have been doing extremely well not to completely die under the circumstances!

That pod really looks like its planning to hurt you :mouthonfire:
It had better be planning that! :shakes fist at pod:
