Need CO2, can't leave the house ... have no idea what lurks in my fermenters and the one freezer, LOL ...

No clue what the Brett Trois beer is doing, or it's gravity, but I think I'll drop the .75 oz Nelson Sauvin remaining in the pouch in there in the primary fermenter today, and then check the gravity in like 8 days ...

Sounds like Danielle going out.

Danielle doesn't drive stick ...

I would teach her, but then she'd be driving my car =/

It's okay, I'll run to the gas place tomorrow, so that my service won't be interrupted over the weekend, when it's most important LOL!

Pretty cool.  I took a tour of a moonshine distillery while we were in Gatlinburg.  It was pretty cool.  It was before I started brewing too.  It's neat to see how all that stuff is made.

I'd jump at the opportunity to visit Sueata Key Distillery. In my travels in the defense of this great country of ours I've had the opportunity to visit several makers of fine adult beverages. I only wish I had been into brewing when I was stationed in Germany, would have been epic to visit some of the local breweries. I have been to these:

Shiner, shiner, TX
http://www.shiner.com

Tito's, Austin, TX

George Dickle, Tullahoma, TN

They also have the sexiest distiller I've ever met!

Jack Daniels, Lynchburg, TN
It just feels right when you enter their campus, like they should be making fine Hhwhiskey there!

Got to visit George and Jack while stationed at the National Guard Armory in Chattanooga, TN training the unit there to use a new weapon system. We were in Tullahoma on weekends for their drill weekends. Georgenwas right there and Lynchburg was only about 20 minutes away so...

We were happy soldiers in Tennessee, by far it was the best tour of my 20.5 years on Active Duty.

You can buy a car for your wife :P

Years ago I buyed a car for my wife so she does not use my car... She's own her car, so dont use my car (in theory)

Anyway I have to hide the keys because she likes my suv. She has clashed once. I almost killed her!!!! Minor damage but I had to go through the repair shop to paint the bumper.

If she worked, then it would make sense, I agree ...

I offer to buy her a pink scooter every Christmas ...
