I did replace that midnight wheat along w/ my holiday ingredients order, as it's positively heavenly ...

It should be entertaining for a while, there's going to be a period of time where I'm going to do a bunch of one-gallon stove-top/sous-vide batches between now and when I brew the first big batch, outside ...

I'll probably be doing some water stuff, too, so I'm looking forward to some micro-batch brewing/experiments etc ...

I have quite a bit of beer to drink, assuming this one makes it too!

Looks like March 29th is my 1st #brewversary ... which is a Tuesday in 2016 ...
 
Will have to rally from now until then, and make a celebratory batch, or possibly just pour the 1st glass from it ...
 
Actually, it's not all that unrealistic to believe that's when the Mulberara might be ready to drink, in truth ...
