It's a sunny day here, supposed to get up to 75. I've got my first physical therapy appointment since breaking my ankle, and am both excited about and dreading it! (Been there, done that, so I know what's coming.) I see it as the starting point towards real recovery - let me outta the gate!
 
grit your teeth G...pain is good (in this case)...wife went thru the same thing in January
