off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning. Late to the party, getting CG stuff done before the heat - not as bad as Harry’s but I can’t take the heat with humidity. Finally picked a handful of green beans, nothing like Harry’s harvest. I am very jealous. Even the beets are refusing to form. No tomatoes, no peppers. It’s a very lean year.
Kudos to all of you slaving away on your garden harvests. Have a wonderful day. Take time for yourself.
 
Good morning. Looks like the 90F temps are here to stay for awhile. Errands are on the docket after we pick up the car from the fix-it shop. It went on for an oil change and of course they found extras. The truck’s turn is next, smile.

Good morning. It's 83F on its way to 104F. RealFeel 110F. Humidity 80% right now. Flat miserable. Got most of the outdoor activities completed already. Yesterday, ended up harvesting and processing tomatoes for sauce. Picked a bucket of blackberries. Also, watered everything and harvested all the beets. Picked a few Scotch Bonnets and a few yellow Brazilian Starfish too. Today, getting packed and loaded up for the Canada fishing trip. I leave tomorrow afternoon. Beverages this evening. Good morning. It's hazy and 85F, on its way to 95F (Real Feel 102F). Same as Harry - flat miserable. Heat advisory - "danger of dehydration and heatstroke if outside for extended periods of time". Well, that's good enough for me - inside it is! Maybe binge something. Hope everybody has a terrific Thursday. Be safe out there and respect the heat.
 
Afternoon all - another drizzly, warm, cloudy and sunny day - four seasons in one day weatherwise.
Worked this a.m. until the heavens opened and I got drowned.
So my afternoon is free - better do some housework as I'm working tomorrow.
Oh and continuing my bad luck with accidents after cracking my head on the boot of the car yesterday, I've just crushed my finger in the door. I need a padded cell to keep me safe.

Good morning. It's 79F on its way to 104F. ReelFeel 110F+. I need to finish packing and I need to mow/trim this morning. Hitting the road to my buddy's place early afternoon. He lives about 3 hours away in Central Missouri. Then we'll be on our way to the Great White North. Thanks to everybody for the well wishes. Be safe and be good.
 
God morning. It's sunny and 83F, on its way to 93F - Real Feel 105F. Another of the same. Only a couple more days until we get a break. Didn't do much of anything yesterday. Today we've got a few errands that need to be done. Then, home to the A/C. Have a great time Harry. Tink, it sounds like you either need more alcohol or less, you make the call, lol. Good afternoon, really late to the party today. I called a community garden meeting early to discuss a few things, make sure everyone 'remembers' the rules. All went well, weeds finally got pulled, a few beans and broccoli harvested and shared. But it was HOT, even so early in the AM. The WX has called for showers every afternoon this week. Still waiting, though the clouds are slowly blocking that hot sun. Maybe.
Getting ready for a mini vacation to Utah and western CO, where it's even hotter. It will just be good to get away and not have too many responsibilities. Hoping to pick up some fresh produce at farmers markets while we're there, especially peaches and corn. Maybe tomatoes if I find what I like. Hubby wants to visit a ghost town or two.

Good morning. It's sunny and 77F, on its way to 92F - Real Feel 102F. Last of the Heat Advisory days, at least with this wave. Low to mid 80's forecast for the next two weeks. Looking forward to it. Another blitz thunderstorm hit last night. Another 2' of rain in 45 minutes. Guess I don't need to water today, ha. Probably putter around in the garage a bit today. Need to do some maintenance on the outdoor equipment. Hope you have a great trip Catherine. Sounds nice. Hope everybody has a super Saturday. Be safe and have fun out there.
 
Went and helped homie and his family in to their new place. The kids are useless, the fat little boy was laying in the middle of the living room on his phone and never told to help or get out of the way. feel bad for the wife as this was all very abrupt, whatever not my circus. Going to play some guitar and chill the rest of the day. Catherine I hope yall have a terrific time. Have a great day.

After almost non-stop rain for 2 days the sun has appeared and I've been down the garden to see what's happened.
Picked a bowl of runner beans, several rather large cucumber (gifts for friends) and I'm just about to pick some tomatoes.
No BBQ for today, I'm proper cooking - Mr Tinks is bored of salads.
