off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Thanks Jane! Still havent heard from well company, have a meeting with another guy tomorrow. Got loan from bank and Fema has already helped out. Went really fast also. guy came out asked a bunch of questions looked at stuff thanked us for being honest and we had a grant in our account the next day. Already paid back half of the loan, very thankfull and blessed. Finishing up a cleam up job then bumming a shower. Going to play geetar and sip that wine this afternoon. 77 on its way to 86. Good morning. It's cloudy and 56F, on its way to 77F. Chance of a shower this AM, then some sunshine this afternoon. Doesn't sound too bad. Need to work on peppers, STILL. We still haven't had a freeze yet, and the plants continue to crank out pods. Probably process the current ferment, and start another. Picked up a chuckie the other day. Gonna fire up the smoker and do a little Pepper Stout Beef action. Can't wait. @catherine, there's that s-word again. And it's still s-ing. I'd be using that other s-word by now, lol. Be careful. Sic, it sucks that there's been no progress on the drilling, but it's awesome you got some help from FEMA. Keep the faith. Hope everybody has a terrific Thursday. Good morning. 17/37F with that s- word still going on. 10-12” so far with 2 more WX predicted days of it. Hubby is finally getting the snow tires mounted on the car this AM along with an oil change. The pumpkin breads we made yesterday were delicious. A gluten free batch is on for today.
Happy to hear FEMA and the bank came through for you, SIc. Thanks for letting us know your progress. Thoughts and prayers continue.

Good morning. There's a light fog, it's 47F, and it's on its way to 72F. Calling for sunny and warm. Another beautiful day! I'll take it. The Pepper Stout Beef was excellent yesterday. I hadn't cooked it in a while, but that needs to change. Yum. Not sure what's on the agenda for today, but I've heard rumors of a dump run. Other than that, just futzing around outside. Good morning. It's 46F on its way to 60F. Another nice day. No heat index here. @ Sic: I think I'd be looking to move out of FL. Went out to the garden yesterday to remove the rest of the plants and noticed that all the remaining pepper plants had regenerated themselves from the bottom up. Very interesting. Anyway, they're now in the burn pile. Having breakfast in a bit and then it's back out to the garden. The grand kiddos will be here for the weekend. Pizza tonight. Be safe and be good.
 
Good morning. 29-35F and guess what - snowing. WX now says more s- tomorrow. Better than 101F but not by much. All of our meetings have been cancelled so we’ll try for coffee group. Guess I could work on cleaning the basement (?).

Good morning. It's sunny and 42F, on its way to 58F. A little chillier today, but still nice enough. Yesterday, spent some time cleaning up outside a bit. Also peeled my first luffa. That was....interesting, ha. Still have a dozen to go. Maybe later today. Also bottled up another hot sauce and started prepping yet another. I'll work on that some more today. Dump run got postponed. Maybe Monday now. Snow measuring in feet, temps measuring in the 100's....I think it's time for both of you to move, lol. Hope everybody has a super Saturday. Good morning. 30-40F, cloudy. It’s not time to move yet, Downriver. We’re just getting our winter snow early lol. It makes for good conversation. Nothing is on today’s docket, next week will soon be filled with this week’s mtgs. Maybe it will warm up enough to melt the snow and the other CG guys can plant garlic.
Thanks for the well update, Sic. Having to scrounge for a shower reminds me of childhood camping. Fun but dirty!

Good morning. It's 46F, on its way to 58F. Calling for thick clouds and a shower or two. Went down to the garden yesterday. Picked probably another 10lb of various peppers. I think it's getting time to stop that craziness, lol. I think another load in the dehydrator is in order. Also picked a batch of green lima beans. I'll shell those today, while watching some NFL. Good morning. It's 47F on its way to 64F. Not a cloud overhead. The garlic is in. There's still lots more leaf lettuce out there. It's thriving as we've only had that one early frost. We've been seeing a red fox every morning. He sits in the yard and chases squirrels that are feeding on pecans. He chases them halfway up the tree .... I didn't know they could do that. Got to do some Medicare research sometime today. I need to sign up soon. Watching NFL at noon and then futzing. Subs later on. Be safe and be good.

Good morning. 34-57F and sunny, hopefully the sun will melt the white blanket. DIL’s birthday and big party today, so we’ll be celebrating much of the day. Nice to see the sun after 5 days of clouds.

Good morning. It's sunny and 57F, on its way to 72F. Pretty day ahead. Shelled those lima beans yesterday, and we had them with dinner last night. Pretty darn good, I must say! Today is errand day, plus a doctor's visit for the BIL. How 'bout them Cowboys? How 'bout them Chiefs! Last play of the game and block a field goal to preserve the win!? The odds of doing that are ALMOST as high as a Hail Mary for the win, lol. Hope everybody has a marvelous Monday. Be safe out there, and continue to enjoy that garden bounty!
