off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning. It's 36F, on its way to 60F. Calling for cloudy all day, but at least it'll be warmer. Visited with Sis and had a margarita last night. Today, taking brother to a Dr's appointment. That will occupy most of the day. Then home and futz. Hope everybody has a terrific Tuesday. Be safe and enjoy these warmer temps!

Good morning. 34-61F, snow still lingering. Looking at the week ahead, I see way too many meals out w/friends and family, starting today. A few of them were rescheduled because of weather, so it’s a busy week.
The basement got a few hours of attention yesterday with lots of plastic to recycle. I still have lots more to relocate before I start the seeds. Soon. No garlic seen yet.
Have a terrific day. Enjoy this weather before the extremes arrive. Stay healthy.

Good morning. It's 27F, on its way to 64F. Calling for partly sunny and warm. Should be a nice day. Have some errands to run this morning, then home and maybe do some outside futzing. Plan on grilling this evening. Hope everybody has a wonderful Wednesday. Be safe out there and enjoy the weather!

Good morning. It’s been warm. It was 60 something yesterday. Looks like Winter is hopefully making an exit.

Knee isnt to good. Just lounging around. Not much else can do. Not losing any weight. Lifting weights for upper body. 1500 calories a day and 100 g red and of protein. Hopefully I’m gaining some muscle and that accounts for the scale not changing. See my Metabolic doc next week. We’ll see. Can’t walk any distance so that and bikes are out for exercise. Can’t wait until I get the new knee. Until then I’ll put on a smile and stay positive and be grateful for what I’ve got.

Hope you all have great day.

Going on a walk then some errands. Have to get a rubber mat for the old dog Homer. He is getting where he cant get out of our room where one of his beds are. Floors are wood and his weak legs cant get any grip anymore. So he slides and whines, its pathetic, lol. guitar this afternoon. Have a great day and good morning.

Good morning. It's 51F, on its way to 62F. Cloudy with a couple of showers today. Well, at least it's still kinda warm. Not a lot planned for the day. If it doesn't rain before it warms up, I might do some things outside. Otherwise, indoor futzing is on tap. Hope everybody has a terrific Thursday. Be safe out there and enjoy your day.

Good morning. 26-59F. Cat and I actually spent an hour outside checking out the garden, nothing much up yet except a few stalwart perennials or weeds. The cat was happy to be outside and happier to go back in. Snow still lingers in the shadows, but I could see a few projects for the summer.
Up the hill for lunch today with hubby and a friend who is excited to see the buffet. Nothing else planned but lots to work on.
Enjoy this beautiful day. Take time for others, and show them the love of gardening.

Good morning. It's 40F on its way to 70F. Warm, sunny and breezy. Working on healthcare paperwork BS this morning. Futzing in the barn this afternoon. Grand kiddos will be here late this afternoon. I hear ya Sic .... hopefully your purchase of eggs doesn't crater your budget :). The 2025 egg crisis seems to be the top news story here . Lasagna this evening. Be safe and be good.

Good morning. It's 41F, on its way to 54F. Calling for partly sunny, breezy, and cooler. Sounds like another day in indoor paradise to me, ha. First seeds of the season are now planted - the winning Tasmanian Black, for the growdown this year,😉. Still whittling on the list for the rest of this year's selections. Now it's under 125 varieties. Man, I got way too many seeds, lol. Anyway, more work on that today. The plan is to finalize the list and get them started this weekend. Fingers crossed. Eggs? What's an egg? Hope the Dr came up with a treatment plan, Catherine. Arthritis isn't any fun. Hope everybody has a freaky good Friday. Be safe out there and get those seed trays ready.

Under 125 varieties .... that's good. Good grief. The most I've ever grown was 104 varieties in one season and I learned my lesson :). One season I grew 81 tomato varieties and that was even worse!

Good morning. It's 34F on its way to 49F. Sunny but much colder. Futzing this morning in seedling room. Taking Grandma and granddaughter out to the local Chinese buffet at lunch time. Futzing outside this afternoon. Match up in the city tonight. Be safe and be good.
