Holy crap, best pastrami sandwiches in Sydney were also discussed yesterday. It is not that popular in Oz.  I am apparently destined to get a sous vide.  At $20 a pop those must be some pretty darn amazing sandwiches.  Pics?

2x ea gulden draak and saison dupont and a handle of vodka on the bottom of the door, to balance the other shelves, lol ...

Crappy iphone pic…but yes it is a treat.  Whenever we get them…I will always think of Grant.   
 
It was kinda polar opposites for lunch today…we had an order from Katz…and a few guys ordered from White Castle.
