G'day all,
Yes - it's yet another Aussie!
Love to grow and cook with Chilli - my friends, clients and family all enjoy the heat, the flavour and the compliment of a wide variety of my home grown and prepared sauces, dips, oils and additives..... I promise I will develop a recipe especially for you all when my new batch of Trinidad Scorpians have matured.
Any suggestions as to what you would like?

im planting some Aussie Multi-Color,Broome,Taz red habs this coming season

I am so looking forward to reading all your tips and recipes and sharing mine with you.

My next harvest will be around Christmas time so will try to put an Xmas spin on a sauce or two to warm our northen friends....
