Nick I have a couple T5's and also a 150 watt Sun system,Thanks for the hip connection. The only thing I know for sure is no cartilage in the hip socket giving you bone on bone is harder to handle when temps are cold.lol
Got 'em planted today. Forget that silly seed soaking crap! And, what's with this inverted Dixie cup crap, Romy?? They belong in dirt!!Â
Â
800-watts of HPS in the waiting...fools!!!
In a portion cup. That is a Stridex pad in the bottom. helps fight off any germs and acne the seeds might run in to at this young stage. Definitely not a normal cotton pad.
Â
Lined up to be ghetto incubated.

Yep that is the top of a food dehydrator... Im just using it as a heat and fan source. The cups are sealed, so I do not see them getting dehydrated. Anyways, isn't a dehydrator just forced heated air anyways?
It almost looks like the dehydrator power is routed through a temp sensor. Â The lowest setting on my Nesco is 95F so I suppose it would run for a short time and shut off. Â Neat idea!! Â Â
Yes, it is hoked up to a temperature controller. Set to 86F The probe is inside a portion cup sandwiched between 2 pads, so I am testing internal temp, not ambient.
