However, I did think the notched plate was cool....LOL

Some semi yellows in there, leaving to SC for a week, so I picked any with yellow. Plant is still setting despite the heat

Tonight's harvest. I decided to pick what was ripe, will be away for a week.

I picked the only peppers, I had on the plant. 3 of them. Not worth weighing. No more blooms in site. Its going to be awhile.

How long does it take for a lemon drop to ripen? Mine appear to stay green forever...

They have been in my grow for about 10 years, the powder is amazing on poultry and fish. 
 
 
Yes green is grass and yellow is hints of lemon citrus.

I get floral notes more than citrus...

Just to add to the flavor conversation, the LD is
one of the best eating peppers I've grown. I've
tried them on sandwiches and chopped up into
burger patties, and as a garnish on whatever's
on the grill! Good choice for the growdown...

It will be in my grow list from now on! Not too hot,
and easy on the taste buds!
