Habanero Sweet Hot

Habanero Sweet Hot Recipe - 12 oz

6 Habaneros stems removed before blending
1/8 Medium onion
5 Garlic cloves
4 Sungold tomatos
4 oz Pineapple juice ( not cocktail or from concentrate )
4 oz Vinegar roughly*
2 oz Lime juice
Salt to taste

Put the habanero, garlic, onion, and tomatos in to some tin foil and wrap it up and cook on the stove or grill. Cook tin foil packet on medium heat until the onions are translucent. Add them to a blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend, bottle and enjoy.

*The amount of vinegar I added wasn't exact, but what I did was filled the blender with all ingredients except for the vinegar. then I poured in vinegar until the level was about 13 oz, then blended. Yay!
 
Ben great sauce you have there, I do one similar and love the taste! I'll have to try yours out for sure, only difference in mine is use much more habs to make it hotter and different tomatoes (what I can find locally).
 
Love this kind of sauce. I do something similar but add about a 2 teaspoons of lime zest from a fresh key lime (and get the juice from it as well)... adds some cool visual bits to it :)

I'll try your recipe above and compare it to mine ;)
