I've passed over 30 kidney stones, and the best pain relief comes from a heating pad.

UPDATE ON MY DELIVERY




I am pleased to inform you guys that I delivered a very healthy looking roundish black colored stone at 3.45 this afternoon.

Both the stone and myself are healthy (I am more healthy).

Since the doctor has predicted more than one stone, I am looking forward to delivery of a couple of more healthy babies.
