Happy Birthday it all work out and the way I looked at mine after I got past 45 was if my plumbing was working that was a good day

Thank you so, so much for the reminder Potawie, my car should have had its MOT test weeks ago, I'm even uninsured without it. You also made me remember that I've been driving around for a few weeks without putting my new tax disc in the car too. Cheers.

Pull off the muffler and stuff a bunch of 0 grade steel wool in the piping (not enough to plug it lol) and throw the muffler back on.Ive seen cars that should not come close to passing pass that way...On the other hand you only have to spend a certian amount on it rather than fixing it all up..Wifes green lemon is going in for the emmissions and the cat is empty lol Itll pass lol

You could also use a boatload of Drygas in the tank. Thats always worked for me.
 
I got a conditional(2 year) pass on the E-test since I couldn't afford a new catalytic converter. Crazy how I'm allowed to pollute as long as I pay off the government. What a system.

well i'm off to a 'burb of montreal later today and if you ask me there's no canada like french canada, it's the best canada in the land. the other canada is hardly canada, if you lived here for a day you'd understand...
 
Potawie...I wanted to wish you a happy birthday, but was out of town as you know. Soo...Hope you had a great celebration with lots of beer and peppers. Glad to hear that your car thing turned out okay.
