Really nice plant silvery and fuzzy the peppers grow pointing upward .
I read that the raw peppers can be bitter (black or red, unknown), but powders are OK. Sounds like it will be a good catch! Interested in how your ferment turns out!

This was about a dozen Hatch (store bought) and exactly a dozen jalapeno of my own i picked a few days. All seeds removed first. It made 56grams of powder. Around 10 tbs worth. Flavor is AWESOME. Got a full tray of Bolsa de Dulce and ripe Zapotec in the dehydrator now. Gunna makes me a sweet heat powda.

Big Bomb is earlier producing than Cherry Bomb. It produces these hybrid peppers in abundance. The 5 x 5 cm peppers are medium hot. They can be eaten fresh or for stuffing with cheese. Went out to the neglected garden today to start getting it ready for the new season (we have just come out of winter here), and found a really healthy looking plant hiding in with all the neglected ones, so did a harvest.

Super late season pods are turning good now. Got a nice load of them outside that should make it before the season is over.
