Hello everyone. Yes, I registered with a boring name 'BillC' My creativity today is a bit off as I'm a bit distracted by my burning tounge (see my Hot Pretzel recipe) :)
Live in eastern Pennsylvania, about one hour north of Philadelphia, but more importantly, about 30 minutes from Bowers, home of an annual Chile Pepper Festival:

Which is also near the farm where I pick my own hot peppers (last I knew they had at least 75 different varieties.
I hope to be an active participant here.

Thanks Jackie - I see that it is COLD in the Midwest! Possibly 50 below zero in North Dakota! I lived in Wisconsin for 30 years, so I know how cold it can get. (Actually, my senior year at the Univ. of Wisconsin for two weeks in January it didn't get above zero! - I remember taking a syringe and putting water in the parking meter - it froze on 60 minutes for over 2 weeks - didn't have to move the car :)
Do you grow peppers in Minnesota?
Oh yeah - I did the Boundary Waters twice - loved it!
