Hello everyone, I have been lurking here for a little over a year. This is my second grow year which has been much more successful then last year thanks to all the tips I have gained from here.

My grow list includes:
Bell
Jalapeño
Serrano
Cyanne
Tobasco
Super chili
Thai dragon
Habanero
Red habanero
Carribean red habanero.

I planted over 30 plants expecting a small harvest since last year went so horribly. I now have 31 healthy plants and three that are struggling (poor soil but that has been fixed and they are doing better) so now I am trying to figure out what to do with all these peppers.

Oh and they are tacking FOREVER to ripen.

I have enjoyed reading grow logs and getting incredible recipe ideas from everyone. So thanks for all that.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

Speak of the devil, I came home too find 2 red Thai dragons and 2 red cayennes. I know it isn't much but it is a start.
 
welcome from St. Louis, too. I have 15 pepper plants, this is my first year growing- and I dont have peppers yet because I was still pinching buds :eek:
