Hello pepper freaks!

I'm Tim, I live in northern Virginia. I've been growing peppers for a few years now, ranging from Jaleps to thai chiles to Jamaican Sb's. The majority of my stink bug scratched crop last year was orange habs and tobasco chiles. I make a few large jars of hot sauce a year that lasts me through the winter. Glad to see a bunch of hot pepper lovers out there, my friends think I have issues with all the heat I eat, but we know the truth, they just need to get their acts together and join the heat! Any ideas on helping along a significant other to get to a decent level of heat would be greatly appreciated. I'm sick of making a mild version of everything I cook?!

The traffic here in Nova is awesome!!

:welcome: from lower SW Minnesota. You may as well accept that some members of your family will never eat major heat. I make salsa and hotsauce in 3 heats, mild, medium and the good stuff. It's just something you have to do.

Cool people that like hot stuff, this is a great place! Hawaii Al, I was in Hawaii o er Christmas and met a local pepper grower on Oahu. I talked with him for a bit and promised to send him some of my Ghost seeds from my crop this year, he was very excited. Any special instructions on import/export of seeds from mainland to Hawaii?

From Portland. I used chilli vodka to get my other half more into the hot stuff!
All the best
