I'm a French guy and I love tasteful peppers, either very sweet, bell peppers, as vegetables or by making scorching hot sauces with Caribbean red pepper for example.
I've grown a few varieties outdoors for 3 years. I tried Bhut Jolokia and Naga Morich in 2009 but I still was a padawan at that time, I was unable to understand their needs, so I failed. I feel ready to try them again next year in flowerpots.
I grew free Ring of Fire seeds the same year. They gave me very good yields.
Since then, I only tried sweet peppers.
Next year will be the year for testing mild Andean pepper species accessions. I confess, it's not common for C. baccatum nor C. pubescens !
I have bought various sweet peppers too.
It will also be time for breeding as I already do with tomatoes and potatoes.
