Hi from SE Wisconsin!

Hi everyone,

I live north of Milwaukee but grew up in Texas where I began my salsa addition. I make my own and consume a little over a gallon a week (most of the year).
I grow my own chilis, a variety of about 6-8 different types from jalapeno to bhut jolokias and freeze enough to get me through the winter. Since I like my salsa very hot I don't have to share with too many others. :)

I am happy to have found this forum and look forward to being a member!

Geesh, I thought my moving to Ohio from Houston was bad - WI is even worse, IMO! But glad to see another ex-Tejican on board, and glad to see you like to cook. Check out the Throwdown thread - we'd love to see you join in sooner than later!

Welcome and when you get a good blend-- not always wrong to hoard! You`ll love it here. Oh yea so--ya on the snowy side or sunny side?
