LOVE the tire, Jeff!! In eastern NC, it's very common for folks to plant, esp. strawberries (black holds heat in event of early spring frosts and can easily cover with tractor tire as brace against frost) or flowers, or cut the tractor tire and put it around small tree and add plants. Remove when tree gets bigger. I had tons of them at old house, after we moved here but when moved again, no way was I getting them out of ground, esp. with no help.
Plants look excellent . . . s'alotta choc morugas, hon! But they will ferment/smoke great. (At least am hoping mine will.) Loved the year in review of fishing and Jeff, I saw a crappie
. Resoled my oldest younger bro's hunting boots for him for Christmas; we were 5 miles into Linville Gorge rabbit hunting on day after T-giving, and if tragedy will strike, it'll hit him. I roped his soles back on and trudging back out of there, with his feet going numb, every rabbit within 30 miles stopped to hang out and chat. (Shooting
up the gorge is just dangerous.)
Love the smoker and big time score on pig!
Best in 2014, sweetie! As am sure your grow will
scale back (yeah, right). Sure you want to argue with morons selling seeds on Ebay? While humorous, as Jason suggested, I only
inquired about a type of prickly pear cactus--some pads--that will grow in this area, if on higher ground, kept as dry as possible, direct sunlight, etc. Dude kept pushing me to buy them NOW and put them in straight peat. PEAT? Kept getting messages from him. So have asked him to do an experiment in straight-up peat for me. smh
