hooda's Grow 2012 - Rise of the Clones

So today i just transplanted my first set of seedlings that are about 3 weeks old now and have started my new seeds I just got from pepperlover.com today.

3 week old peppers are:

Manzano
Gochu
Caribbean Red
Jalapeno
Cayenne
Bhut Jolokia
Fatalii
Aji Lemon
Aji Chuncho
Tepin
Red Habanero
Scotch Bonnet TFM
Maui Thai
7 Pod Yellow

Transplants were done a bit early for some but I think it was for the best as they were all in jiffy pellets and some of the seedlings were starting to root past the pellet and starting to dry out faster than I was comfortable with.

Pepperlover.com was awesome and threw in Orange Hab, Red Hab, and Aji Chuncho with my order

Also all of the seedlings I'm growing I still have extra seeds if anyone is interested in some trades.

No peppercorn at all just smoked peppers and some salt.

Aww man! now you get to see the weather I have to deal with up here hahaha. Stop by and visit :)
Yeah weather was hot one second, cold and windy the next. I would stop by but I'm already in San Francisco. :)

So I went on vacation for a bit. Drove all the way up to Seattle and back, and had so much fun with my girl the entire time. Anyway I got back home and a package was in the mail from Matt ( MGOLD86 ) Woohoo!

First thing I did was pop a Chiero. Tastes great and packs a punch for it's size. Second night I popped the Fatalii x Red Savina F2 with my Thai food, great flavor and HOT! Thanks a bunch Matt!

So I also have some of my own starting to ripen and my plants are really starting to load up now. FFS its about time! Here are some shots.

I also dug up my 7 Pot Barrackpore because it was doing really bad in the garden and it is now setup on DWC hydro. Hopefully it will turn around and flourish.

Not sure what pod I'm going to pop tonight.. If I build the courage, maybe the TSMB? or even more frightening the Red Brain? we'll see if I'm up to it tonight.

Don't matter which one you pick, you're gonna get burnt up either way!
Very true.. There are a couple that Matt sent me that I'm nervous about, especially after watching your Infinity video! I think I'll work my way up to the Butch T and TSMB since I was out of town in the PNW without anything with real spice.

Awesome poddage Hooda!!! You are in the same boat I am, waiting for those babies to ripen!!! Again very nice lookin pods!!! Soon you will be swimming in ripe pods!!!! hehe :)

Now that is a great video review! "is is still sweet?, no it isn't sweet anymore...". Great line!

I only had one or two of those pods hanging off my plant and I sent one to you and one to someone else. So I am happy to get a good review of it.

I am a huge fan of those choco habs. I put those on everything. I am glad you are enjoying the pkg, keep chowin down on them!

"You get the idea of the pain, and they hurt...that's it, bye!" That line made me think you may have stomach issues. How did it hold up? Folks just don't understand. Every time I do one of these the audience wants to be comedians. Your videographer did a great job of not taking away from your experience and by keeping you on track by asking great questions. "Is it still sweet?" "How do you feel?" and "Are you shaking?" as well as pointing out your red eyes to the folks watching. Nice job to you both!!!

you know I wasnt expecting the sweetness from that one at all, it really threw me off. Plus it really tasted good, with a strong chinense flavor. The chocolate hab is a good one also, I'm going to have to grow those next year. Thanks!

As for the stomach, it was starting to hurt pretty good but didn't wreck shop later like I thought it was going to do. My girlfriend was filming this and did a great job, I really couldn't think at all. Plus she has watched me eat other pods before so I think she knew what to expect somewhat with this one. Thanks!

You guys are the pros at these videos so its relieving to hear your positive feedback, there will be more. Thanks!

Edit: now that I've had some breakfast, that brain is giving my guts the one-two. Uhg :(

Hey brothah. Sorry I have been awol from your glog. Your grow
really took off in the last four pages! Some great looking pods
coming for you. My Fatali x Red Savina looks different than all
the others I'm seeing on the forum. The pods are red, and have
a smooth surface; more round with dimples, and with a pointy end.
Most of the ones I'm seeing here look more like Fatalis.
The newer larger pods also have these characteristics. I'm not a
pro, but they are pretty hot. Eating a small one with some steak
gives me a little nose run and a good mouth burn. I'm a little afraid
what the large ones will be like when ripe :fireball:

Continued good growin' for you, Hooda!

I have a full ripe Fatalii x RS F2 on my plant that looks the most like the typical Fatalii size, shape, and color that I can tell so far. The one that I got from Matt I thought was pretty hot, as hot as the Fatalii I had yesterday, though BigCedar commented that his experience was less hot than a habanero( if I remember correctly ). Anyway good to hear from you Paul, and good luck to you as well.
