Hi all, greetings from New York. It's summer and it's beautiful out...well, at least for the next two weeks. I found this forum by accident but I'm sure glad I did. Just put up my latest batch of home-made Habanero sauce (2 quarts worth). Although I don't think this batch will last as long as the last batch (made 2 quarts of sauce with some beautiful Red Habaneros). That batch lasted for a good 5 years. I love it in my BBQ sauce when I do ribs. I'll be looking forward to all your spicy recipes...I'll share a few of my own. Talk at ya l8r.
