food hot sauce for meat

does anyone have a good recipe for meat? I ma looking for something with heat and flavor, not a true hot sauce. something like a meat dressing you get at the store, or a bbq sauce. thanks

@NIbbles - Oh okay cool. I'd suggest you take your favorite hot sauce and add it to a marinade of pineapple juice, soy sauce, dijon mustard, and worcestershitre sauce. Use a ziploc bag. Pineapple contains bromelain which actually tenderizes.

also did you know that bromelain breaks down the tissue in your tongue! that is why when you eat too much your tongue starts to feel weird. the ripper the pineapple the less this happens.

when i found that out I only ate 2-3 slices of pineapple a day for 2 years. i was only 8 at the time. LOL

The enzymes in fresh pineapple are also good for helping your body absorb protein. Eat a few ounces before a meal.

Other than corned or burgundy i dont really marinate beef too often. Frankly im fond of the flavor of beef just as it is. One thing i do like on cheaper cuts is Zesty Italian dressing. I suppose hot sauce or pepper flakes mixed with a zesty Italian or red wine vinaigrette dressing might be interesting too.
 
Pineapple hab or pineapple lemon drop though rocks on chicken. A little Chinese cooking wine or sake too.

For chicken it is really good. Pork too depending on cut.
