Hot Wing Sauce Recipes

I'm looking for some really great wing sauce recipes or sauces that you guys know of cuz i'm tired of normal wing sauces....i usually use b-dub's sauces or anything that catches my eye. Are there any great tasting ones you guys know of or some kinda famous recipe you make that people love!? Also looking for the HOTTEST wing sauce I can find that also taste great!

Why don't you make your own?
Try a bottle of louisianne, a lb of butter, a globe of minced garlic and add some superhots to your heat level. put in a blender. I marinate them overnight and then baste them with the marinade as they cook on the grill.

I usually make my own sauces cuz im not a big louisiana or red hot fan
i man this amazing 7 pot burgundy mango lime wing sauce......but no one ate it but me cuz it was so hot lol, they all tried one and never touched them again

Defcon makes some pretty kickass wing sauces.

Other than that, take a sauce you like, do the butter recipe like the typical Franks sauce.

We like cooked wings in a simple sweet plum Asian sauce.

Cook the wings in oil, then sauce and serve.

Have fun!

I make a basic wing sauce like hot stuff mentioned only I add a big thing of cinnamon and some sugar and honey then marinate with part of the mixture then put on my grill basting and turning till brown gooey and falling off the bone. These are rocking!!!!!! :) oh I cook the mixture to incorporate the sugar and cinnamon. :)

Salsa Lady has one of the best BBQ sauces out there. And it's hot. You can always get some Pure Evil and add as much more heat as you like.

When making wings, I usually do 3 different sauces. One Franks and butter, one Asian plum sauce for a mild, and the chipotle BBQ which is hot.

You said you have an Asian recipe, but for others, check out Ree Drummond Asian hot wings recipe. I don't know how to copy and link it on the Kindle.

yea for my asian style wings I use

corn starch
rice wine vinegar
corn syrup
some kind of mild heat pepper
sugar
chili-garlic sauce
soy sauce or hoisin sauce
chinese 5 spice
lemon juice
ground ginger
salt

and then simmer it for about 20 mins

Dang, sorry man. I just realized you are looking for recipes not sauces.

Here's my attempt to rectify my post...

12 wings or 24 sections.
1 C. Chipotle BBQ sauce
5 C. Veg oil
1 Large bowl

Heat oil to 360º and fry wings until crispy Add wings and sauce to bowl and toss vigorously. Enjoy.

Dang it!  This thread has me craving wings BIG TIME!  I usually use the grill's side burner and the wok to fry 'em up outside.  It's 32F and snowing right now....No Wings today!  :mope:

Yeah my wife and I love them too. So good

My favorite sauce is always the same, but you can substitute and make it pretty close.  It is Defcon 2 with some fatalii puree, caun seasoning and a dash of his DM MKII which no longer exists.  It was his Deathmatch sauce.  You can substitute something like Pure Evil, Blair's 2am or another extract.  It won't taste the same, but it will add the heat.

In general, in my opinion, Defcon rules wing sauces.
